I. Bank of America - Community Social

Client: Bank of AmericaRole: Creative Strategy, Art Direction

Since 2023, I've led strategy for Bank of America's community management program at VOX Global. I connected content, response, reporting and sponsorship amplification into one approach.

We replaced one-off, moment-led posts with recurring, social-first series built for participation. Stock imagery gave way to dedicated shoots and channel-native formats, and social listening now feeds directly into content and reporting. The bank has a steady presence all year instead of spikes around big moments.

II. Marc Jacobs - The Bag Guide

Client: Marc JacobsRole: Art Director
It's hard to tell how big a bag is from a product photo. So when Marc Jacobs introduced its new tote bags, we made The Bag Guide to help people picture the sizes, sorted by occasion: a night out, a weekend away, a day at work, and daydreaming.

I came up with the concept and art directed the shoot with photographer Cruz Valdez and stylist Claire Byrne. Each occasion got its own little character and mini vignette, so you see every bag out in the world, doing its thing. The stories ran across email, site, and social. There were also activations with major publications that directed traffic back toward the experience.

III. Make In Move - Branding

Client: Conexus IndianaRole: Creative Strategy, Art Direction
Make IN Move is a Conexus Indiana initiative that helps students picture a career in manufacturing and logistics. At VOX Global, we led a full overhaul of the brand. The audience runs from middle schoolers to high school seniors, so the identity had to appeal to the audience. We developed two design directions and then led a focus group of Gen Alpha and Gen Z student that helped to determine which brand identity resonated most with the audience.

I art directed the new identity and the team pulled the brand story through to motion assets, website design, and printed materials. A handwritten “in” sits at the center of the wordmark, a nod to Indiana, and that same loose line runs through the whole system. We also built Maker and Mover badges tied to the site’s career quiz. They work like stickers, sorting content into manufacturing or logistics.

IV. Bank of America - Enterprise & Executive Social

Client: Bank of AmericaRole: Creative Strategy, Art Direction
At VOX Global, I work on the enterprise and executive side of Bank of America’s social, as part of the bank’s communications team. My team ideates the creative for quarterly earnings and for research from the Bank of America Institute. We also cover awards, events and the bank’s big partnerships.

For the 2026 FIFA World Cup, we made a carousel called Fan Bands, with bead copy written for each host city, and shot video with David Beckham for the World Cup and for Soccer at School. My favorite piece was smaller. We found nine employees with a personal connection to soccer and turned their interviews into short clips. Market presidents in all 11 host cities shared the content, and so did hundreds of employees. Over two months it added up to 158 posts and 70.8K engagements.

Other partnership work includes the Boston Marathon and Golf With Us. For executives, I design the templates they post with, like the quote cards and interview videos we made for the bank’s yearly technology and innovation summit.
